The firm’s investment strategy is centered on sectors that have demonstrated a history of stable cash flows and robust secular growth drivers, with a particular focus on residential and industrial properties. These sectors include self-storage, student housing, manufactured housing, and food and service-oriented retail.
Another major residential real estate investor is Venterra Realty, a real estate company founded in 2001 by John Foresi and Andrew Stewart, that has achieved a notable degree of vertical integration. The company owns, develops, and manages apartment communities across 21 major U.S. cities. Presently, Venterra provides housing to over 42,000 residents and administers a portfolio valued at approximately $5.5 billion, generating around $375 million in annual revenue.
