This article introduces three big PropTech VC investors in Asia from our keyword crawler generated PropTech venture capital investment list.

1. 1982 Ventures (Singapore)

1982 Ventures is a Singapore-based early-stage venture capital investor. They focus on fintech in Southeast Asia and try to support the most impactful areas. The company has backed the PropTech business Homebase, one of Southeast Asia’s leading real estate companies that helps people buy properties with instalments.

2. VinaCapital Ventures (Vietnam)

VinaCapital Ventures was founded in 2018 by Khanh Tran and is a Vietnam focused VC platform. Their focal point is on investing in technology companies and partnering with entrepreneurs to empower them with capital and access to a network. The company is also interested in PropTech and has added businesses in this sector to their portfolio. Rever, for example, is a tech-enabled platform for property brokerages.

3. Atinum Investment (South Korea)

Atinum Investment focuses on investments in the technology and communication sector. They invest in start-ups that have entered the growth stage and have funded 425 companies in different fields, like IT, biotech and healthcare. The company has invested 5 billion won in Zigbang, South Korea’s number 1 PropTech startup. Zigbang created the first mobile real estate information platform in Southeast Asia.
