List of 3 renewables private equity funds from Paris [2023]

By investing $6 billion in renewable energy in 2021, the French government aims to increase support for renewables by 25%. The country plans to further diversify its energy mix, and by 2028, installed renewable electricity capacity will have doubled to 113 gigawatts.

1. Rive Private Investor (Paris)

The private equity firm Rive Private Investment, headquartered in Paris, has invested €2 billion in approximately 100 transactions to date. Their areas of focus include energy and the environment, digital technology, transportation, and social sectors. To support the sustainable transition, Antin established Antin Solar Investments as a platform for investing in the solar photovoltaic industry in Italy. Currently, the solar plants situated in various cities across Italy have a total capacity of 77.2 MW.

3. Yotta Capital Partners (Paris)

Headquartered in Paris, Yotta is a private equity firm that directs its resources toward investments in industry, innovation, and decarbonization. Yotta believes that improving carbon efficiency can enhance businesses by meeting the demands of customers who are increasingly conscious about the future of our planet. As a result, the investment firm seeks to acquire businesses that address these crucial topics.
